Who Holds What
Daryl Milliner Media, founded in August 2014, is the group’s certified entity — MBE, DBE, ACDBE and PA UCP — and it is the entity that holds the airport concessions joint venture. DM Diversified LLC is the group’s charging, media and smart-environment operator. Entertainment Communications Unlimited, founded in 2009, is the consulting foundation the group is built on.
Operations are integrated, so the group is often presented together as DM Diversified LLC / Daryl Milliner Media. The certifications and the Hudson by Avolta joint venture are held by Daryl Milliner Media.
Pittsburgh International Airport
Daryl Milliner Media partners with Hudson — a brand under Avolta — in the HG PIT Retailers joint venture at Pittsburgh International Airport, announced in September 2024. The seven-year venture is part of the airport’s Terminal Modernization Program and brings six new retail stores to the new terminal.
These four figures come from Avolta’s own announcement of September 12, 2024. They describe the size of the venture — what is being built at Pittsburgh — and not the earnings of any individual kiosk, screen or store.
Certifications
Daryl Milliner Media is certified as an Airport Concessionaire Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) and a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) through the Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program, certified by the Allegheny County Department of Minority, Women & Disadvantaged Business Enterprise.
The certification names three classifications. Full-service advertising, media planning and media buying agency — NAICS 541810, certified April 24, 2019. Gift, novelty and souvenir retailers — 459420 — and drugs and druggists’ sundries merchant wholesalers — 424210 — both added by Allegheny County on March 14, 2024. Daryl Milliner Media also carries an Allegheny County Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) designation.
Continued eligibility was most recently confirmed in writing by Allegheny County in the firm’s Continued Eligibility Letter of July 9, 2025. Per the PA UCP’s own stakeholder guidance, DBE and ACDBE certification does not expire — current status is verified in the live PA UCP directory, which is updated in real time.
